Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation: nothing renews

Every pass is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. There is no subscription. We never charge you again unless you buy another pass, so you do not need to cancel anything. The free trial needs no card and ends by itself.

2. Returns

TowerPanic is an online service. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw from a pass purchase within 14 days of the day the payment was confirmed, without giving a reason. EU law gives consumers this right. We give it to every buyer.

A pass starts right away. At checkout you ask for this by ticking the box that accepts our terms. So if you withdraw, you pay for the days already used, and we refund the rest.

How much you get back

Refund = price paid × days not yet used ÷ days in the pass

Days are used in the order they were added to your account: free trial days first, then passes in the order you bought them. Days count from the moment the payment was confirmed.

Examples:

• You buy a month (31 days) with 1 trial day left and withdraw 3 days later. You have used 1 trial day and 2 paid days, so you get back 29/31 of the price.
• You buy a week (7 days) after your trial ended and withdraw after 10 days. The 14 days have not passed, but all 7 days are used, so there is nothing to refund.
• You buy a year (365 days) and withdraw after 5 days. You get back 360/365 of the price.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement that you are withdrawing to jezdnia@gmail.com, or by post to Usługi Informatyczne Maciej Smoleński, ul. Stawki 4d m. 9, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland. Please write from the e-mail address of your TowerPanic account, or tell us which address it is. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Your withdrawal counts if you send it before the 14 days are over.

What happens next

• We confirm by e-mail that we received your withdrawal.
• We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving it, to the same card or payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to something else. You pay no fees for the refund.
• The refunded days are removed from your account. Days from your trial or from other passes stay.

4. If the game does not work

This is separate from withdrawal and has no 14-day limit. If TowerPanic does not work as described in our Terms of Service, tell us at jezdnia@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot fix the problem, you can get a price reduction or a refund for the affected time, as the law provides.

5. Other refunds

• If we close your account for breaking the rules, or shut TowerPanic down, we refund the price of the paid days left. See the Terms of Service.
• If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged by mistake, tell us and we will refund the extra charge in full.
